One tough freaking volleyball

I'm a deployed Soldier in Kuwait and our unit frequently plays volleyball in our down time here. The volleyball court we play on is hard dirt, sand, and sharp rocks. Our games are really rough and the rocks have been tearing up the cheap balls they sell at the PX. After destroying numerous cheaper balls, I decided to take a chance and spend the extra money on a "official" pro ball. So I ordered one online and shipped it here. We've been playing several times a week for the last 3 months and the AVP ball doesn't even have a scratch on it. It's filthy and even has a few blood stains on it, but it has held up amazingly well. Thanks Wilson for making a quality ball!

The standard for outdoor play (In Phoenix, AZ)

I have been using this ball since '02 when I won one at a volleyball tournament in Miami. Still the gold standard as far as I am concerned. Great touch and feel, especially when setting in moist or humid conditions compared to other brands. Great right out of the box, and quickly gets a match-ready "feel". Easy to clean and keep looking new. Oh, and for the record, I STILL have my 9-year-old ball that I now use as a practice/drill ball. Play anywhere in Phoenix, and it's the only ball you see being used.
