I have the full set with the half-and-half shafts. The Fybrids on this set are quit good. The ball gets in the air pretty easily. For the mid-irons, the shape is pleasing and a well struck ball will fly pretty far. Not further than my Di7s, however. The main problem with this set is feel, and is especially important in the higher lofted clubs. The heads feel like they have no "weight" and it is very difficult to feel what is going on with the club. It feels like swinging a stick without a club head attached to it.
I'm probably switching over to the Di11s, which are more forgiving and have more feel in the shorter irons.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

22hcap can carry 5I 155yds with more height than old clubs only play 2 times a month

Fybrids are easy to hit and very long. same with 5 & 6 iron. rest of clubs I hit just slightly longer. Loving these clubs and the shaft. You will be talking about them while waiting to get on 1st tee. Talk of the club and they deserve it... beautiful set!!! Great job Wilson

I was playing the R7's from TaylorMade and my golf buddy suggested I try the Wilson Staff D-FY clubs. I thought I was getting good distance and striking the ball well with the R7's, but after testing the D-FY's and getting a set, I played them in my local tournament and came in second with using the D-FY clubs and hybrids. Unbelievable feel and so forgiving on my off center hits. The half and half shaft is so light it helped me gain back a full club and helps with my swing speed. Great set! Seriously!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I tried several different clubs at the local golf store.I kept going back to the D-FY model felt great to swing also great looks very happy with purchase. I can't wait to get back to course. John

I have been playing the D-FY irons for and couple of months, my ball striking has gotten better and the clubs have given me more distance and confidence. Can really feel the club head. Great clubs!
